What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer or mobile) when you visit a website. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage.
Your choice
The first time you visit, we ask which cookies you allow. Until you choose, only strictly necessary cookies are used, and if you reject, nothing optional is ever loaded. You can accept all, reject all, or choose per category.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. When you withdraw, the cookies of that category are deleted. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if this policy changes.
To be able to demonstrate your consent, as the GDPR requires, we keep a record of every choice: the categories you allowed, the date and time, the version of this policy, a shortened (anonymised) IP address, your browser type and, if you are signed in, your account. These records are deleted after 3 years.
Strictly necessary cookies
These make the site work and cannot be switched off. They need no consent under Article 4(5) of Law 3471/2006.

Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode
Google Tag Manager, which loads our analytics tools, is itself loaded only after you allow at least one optional category. We use Google Consent Mode in its basic form: if you reject, no Google analytics or advertising tag runs and no data is sent to Google, not even anonymous signals. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
